방습에 관한 질문

외부벽 방습에 관련한 질문을 드립니다.  서울 신길동에 저에너지 4 층 목조 빌라를 건축할 계획입니다. 설계한 외부벽의 구조는 U- value 0.15 W / (m2K) 미만입니다. 

그래서 서울의 기후 조건을 고려할 때 외벽 구조에 응축수(condensation)가 발생하지 않을지 확실하지 않습니다. 발생할 수 있는 응축수의 양을 계산하기 위해 UBAKUS라는 프로그램을 사용했는데, 이 프로그램은 습한 여름과 건물 내부의 에어컨 사용, 등 한국의 모든 기후 및 생활 조건을 고려하지 않는 독일 산업 표준 (DIN 4108-3)에 따라서 이 수치를 계산합니다. . 따라서 독일 표준화 연구소 (DIN.de)는 귀하에게 도움을 요청할 것을 권고했습니다.

첨부 된 파일은 외부 벽에 대한 UBAKUS 프로그램의 보고서이며, 구성 요소 (페이지 1 및 2), U- value (페이지 3) 및 SD-value (페이지 7)을 보여줍니다. 보고서에는 방습 계산 (7 페이지), "건조 예비 량"및 기타 요소도 표시됩니다.

계획된 외벽에 충분한 방습 기능이 있는지 또는 구성 요소를 변경해야하는지 여부에 대한 조언을 제공 할 수 있는지 궁금합니다.  도움을 주셔서 대단히 감사합니다.

Dear Sir/Madam, 

We are planning to build a low-energy, four-story timber-frame villa in Singildong, Seoul. Our external walls contain several components that together have a U-Value of less than 0.15 W/(m2K).

However, we are not sure whether the wall and its components will be free of condensate under the climate conditions here in Seoul (“moisture proofing”). We have used a special program to calculate the amount of condensation water that may occur. This program calculates this according to a German Industrial Norm (DIN 4108-3) which does not take into account all climate conditions here in Korea, e.g. humid summers and the use of air-conditions inside the building. Therefore, the German Institute of Standardization (DIN.de) advised us to contact you for help.

Hence, we are wondering if you could provide us with advise whether our planned external walls would have sufficient moisture proofing, or whether we would need to make changes to our components. 

Attached is the report from our program about the externals walls, showing its components (pages 1 and 2), their U-value (page 3) and SD values (page 7). The report also shows the moisture proofing calculations (page 7), the “drying reserve” and other factors.
